Faith Countryside Homes is located in beautiful Highland, Illinois. Highland is approximately 30 miles east of St. Louis, Missouri.

To get here from St. Louis, take I-70 east to exit 24. Make a right onto Illinois Route 143. Make a left on US-40 when you get into town. After that, make a right onto Poplar Street (Next stop sign). Ride Poplar Street south through town, past the railroad tracks, hospital, and the grade school. The next right you'll make will be on Faith Drive. Take Faith Drive all the way to the end. After our Village Homes, we are the only building on Faith Drive at 100 Faith Drive. We are opened 8 to 8 daily and have weekend administrators. Special tours of the village homes, assisted living and faith care center can be arranged.
